I recently upgraded my television service and have discovered a network previously unknown to me - 'MavTV". MavTV bills itself as "TV created by men for men", and it's definitely aimed at my kind of man, because every night MavTV airs a program called "Fitness Beauties" which features extremely attractive women working out.

Segments typically begin by showing the model flexing her biceps just outside the doors of the gym. A very brief testimonial follows - the young lady's raison d'etre for working out - and then several minutes of weight lifting or aerobics, typically focusing on chest and ass work. The subject matter and approach are reminiscent of Ray Martin and WPW videos from the late 80s and 90s, and they're hypnotic - clearly intended for fapping purposes though without any nudity. I could watch this shit all night long.

P.S.: It's followed by a program called "Bikini All-Stars" which also does not suffer from watchability issues.
